The story of sev-chivda starts out when the Founder & Head Chef Poonam, first thought of bringing a little bit of her happy place, Rajasthan to Bengaluru.
Even though there are many stores serving rajasthani snacks in Bengaluru,the authentic flavours were still missing. After quitting her HR job, she started testing her recipes in her kitchen. With the help of Mom & Granny, a lot of trial and error, she used her own innovations & zeroed in on the right recipes and flavours.
Founded in 2014, sev-chivda started as a small kitchen & is growing consistently. Today we have 5 dedicated well trained staff to look after preparation and packaging & we keep hiring lady helpers during festivals.We are so blessed that on posting requests, few of our clients have come down to help us in rolling laddoos :)
